Back from China (Finally)

After 12 days...I'm back..Lots to see,Lots to tell,So little space.. Pictures will come later when I transfer them..

Day 0,1:
Went to Terminal 3 and gathered,checked-in and boarded a China Eastern Airlines to Shanghai.Transferred from Shanghai in another China Eastern Airlines to Dongbei,Changchun where we were transported to the Hostel and left our luggages there.
They have a full sized soccer field,20+ basketball courts, lots of classrooms,1 street soccer court,1 multi-purpose hall that can host Basketball,Badminton,Table-Tennis simultaneously. That building also has dance rooms, gyms, and a billiard room.

Day 2:
Went Sightseeing today.Amazing how Russia,China and Korea lie side by side with minimum conflict. As the tour guide says,"If a dog barks in China,Russia and Korea will hear it together as well." Chao Xian people are very poor and they only earn 5 RMB per month o.o".. (Chao Xian = N.Korea) Strangely,I also learnt how dogs were killed in China for their meat..

Day 3:
Went to ChangBaiShan today and frankly speaking..I was disappointed at the summit.. I expected the weather to be lower than 10 degrees..but it was around 17degrees.. Saw the 天池 and the water looked damn nice..There's one thing that interested me..there are rocks..but they are light..because they are hollow! 长白山 used be a volcano, when the lava came in contact with the rocks, the rocks became hollow and they can now float in water.. The circumference of the 天池 is 13.1km..Its width is 3.6km and the length is 4.4km, it is 9.82 square meters and it is 373meters deep..
The 天池
Day 4:
Went Rafting in the morning where we paid 80RMB (16SGD which i regretted)just to raft.. and then to the Korean Custom Village and looks something you see in 大长今,of course, the models there are fake and meant for taking of pictures.. We watched this performance by the Koreans and the costumes they wear are so detailed and colourful.. halfway through the performance, there was a blackout..how queer..so we ended up leaving the place earlier than expected and went for dinner.. we were given some korean food.. it was a stew..cold and slimy noodles in a brown sauce/soup like base with some weird looking vegetables and a few slices of egg with 1 slice of watermelon (SICK!)
Korean House Scouts Totem LOLs..

Day 5:
We were given the China Special Studies Lecture which i fell asleep in but i caught a glimpse of a funny sign about a food which i forgotten.. Something Catches the Something.. The China students were very enthu in their lessons and they had something that is new..they sing songs before their lessons..But when they sing English songs we were like trying the suppress our laughter.. They English sucked but at least they made an effort to learn..which i applauded them..

Day 6:
Lesson time! When they have Chinese Reading during lesson..they pwn the shit outta Singapore's Schools... Yet they played Cellblock (neopets) in class. They called it 五字旗 which i do know how to play..Majority of the China class uses QQ (China's MSN) and they do not make verbal noises in classes, instead, they pass notes around class while the teacher is talking, and the teacher does not seem to notice..Went to Buyi Museum (Puppet Museum) so westernised.. the throne he sits at reminds me of GoonZu hehe. Buyi is blind..he chose a fugly biatch as his wife..
This is BuyiAnd this is his fugly wife..

And this is the Throne :D.Looks like GoonZu

Day 7:
We had our Mass Dance, and our short-noticed Soccer Match which ended up 3-3.. 1st half score was 3-0 then 2nd half the whole damn china team changed..they were bigger, stronger, faster and they were so damn confident they played 10-0-0 formation.. means all assault.. 0 defenders..yet no goals from us during the 2nd half.. they were too damn fast and they over took YY and TK easily..

Day 8:
Went to the 长春flim studios (their Hollywood/MovieWord) which was retardedly.. Empty.. they had a dry pond with stupid rides that bored me.. Majority of the attractions are 3-D or 4-D which i slept in the Music Mansion thingy..

Da Dry Pond

Day 9:
Went to the Wholesale Warehouse, spent 160RMB on a pair of shoes (32SGD and its NIKE!) YY lost his wallet containing his Singapore IC and 1000+RMB and yet he was still in a joking mood.I found the Balls on a Stick that were served with a small cup of MSG soup at 1 yuan per stick..(good steal) i tried the 鸡肉丸 which i got addicted after the 1st one..Tried the Mexican Chicken Roll at the hostel today and the Chicken Burger as well, quite nice..Went to the Nature Reserve and people were complaining the toilet has no water to wash..Please..I've seen worse..so dont complain damnit.. Went with Gabriel,Edmund,Nicholas,Daniel and Samuel at first, then we were joined by Teck Kin,Kian How and Zhi Jie at the lake where we discovered that we have a deprieved childhood..we started throwing rocks into the lake and i found some lotus leaves and we were like trying to capsize it..we threw rocks for like 45mins.. Dwayne and Nicholas Chew were late as they went cycling the whole trail and made everyone wait for them.. We attemptedinema complex and watched Kung Fu Panda in Chinese..the cinema was so damn new that they built staircases with no cement flooring and no lights and locked doors..the screen was IMAX..and they self-proclaimed that the Cinema was the first in the world to get it..dumbass..Singapore came out with the IMAX earlier on you stupid communist tards..Plus,there was no other way to the top floor except the screwed up elavator which i dont know how it works.. Plus, the cinema is retarded.. no air con.. damn stuffy.. i was practically forced to eat Mrs Lim's popcorn as she doesnt want.. I also dont want but she just shuffed the popcorn to my hands.. to see the festival but the jam was too damn gay..so instead,we went to the new c
A Dandelion!Rock Throwing!
The Ulu Alley in the cinema complex
See how new it is?Its almost vacant!

Day 10:
Went to the sculpture park today..which has like 80% of porn..lunch was early.. at 11am plus.. finally some good food at the hostel.. Dumplings and the Noodles.. Ate my last 鸡肉串 and we departed for the airport.. Zhen Yu dropped a condom inside the Red Cross Donation Box and Darrall dropped 2 more inside.. Dunno whats their problem.. YY stood up 6mins prior to landing in Shanghai and was immediately demanded to sit down by the Steward..YY was shocked lols.. Levine left his passport on someone else's seat and made everyone wait 40+mins for him..losing precious shopping time in 南京路..dumbass sia him.. 1st he lost his wallet and handphone at the soccer field in the school grounds..2nd he "lost" his passport..whats next? Losing himself? Well thats great cos no one needs him o.o" Bought a shirt at 49yuan but since 8 of us bought together... there was a overall discount of 30%.. which is like 32yuan for my shirt..darn cheap.. the brand is MetersBonwe..Singapore used to have it..But it collapsed..Took the tram ride from 1 side to the other side and i bought the 5 福气娃娃 at 170RMB there was no bargaining as it was the Official Beijing 2008 Olympics Shop.. which was 34SGD for the whole thing.. quite worth arh?Checked in at Peach Blossom Castle.. which was by far in this 12 days..the best living conditions we had..but the doors cannot be locked so yeah.. its a 3 star hotel.. Condoms in the BoxNanjing Lu
Looks a little futuristic right? This one caught my eye..A classic
Day 11:
Checked out of the hotel and we went to the Shanghai Bund/Wai-Tan..disappointment again as it was freaking hazy and could not get a decent shot.. we left for lunch near 豫园..lots of stupid harassers trying to sell their goods but i didnt give shit.. even if i had like over 1.6k left i wasnt willing to buy :D.. went to this place inside 豫园 and i didnt know what it was about.. who cares!
Shopped at 豫园 and we pang-ed YY.. bought 2 shirts at HangTen at 99Yuan..
went to Starbucks at bought Mocha at 31 yuan..Then we went to the Shanghai Urban City Planning Exhibition where we have a big piece of wood which freddy might had made it for Shanghai.. the wood abstract of the city.. cool.. then we went to the 7 storey-bookstore where i bought Warcraft Archive and Starcraft Archive at 120 yuan each.. which is (24SGD each)went to dinner then went to our last stop..the Oriential Pearl Tower.. the time there was constrained so there were very little time for pictures then we made our way to the airport and flew home..
